"The windows are beautiful. It was our experience that Morris Window will
go the extra mile for their customers. Definitely speak with your salesman (ours
was Lou Bravo) about anything that concerns you. We did not experience any delays
and our installation people were awesome. If you should be so lucky as to get
Lou as your salesman (and you should be able to personally request him) you will
not be disappointed. This is a hardworking and sincere person. These people believe
in their product because it is a GOOD product. Looking at these windows, you
know you are looking at quality. They are really something else! "

"They have their own installers and do the work the day you say you want
it done. I waited 6 months to do it during warmer weather. They financed the
costs. And the guaranty (that went into effect once the door was fully paid off.)
not only lasts for the lifetime I own the house, but extends to the person I
sell the house to. And covers fixing or replacing all parts of the door including
the screen!!"

“ I wanted a double window turned into a patio door, but some of my plaster
wall would have to be cut down, and all the nearby contractors refused to work
with plaster walls. Morris Windows not only said plaster was no problem, they gave me
a great price. They sold us a sliding patio door made in Germany (that's better
insulated than my walls) - it's thicker and feels sturdier than anything at Home
Depot and Lowes. They installed it in just a few hours (even though my old house
had some surprises once the walls were opened up), didn't mess up the walls,
and didn't leave any mess. We are Thrilled. It's even better than I thought it
would be."

"The installers were interested and cared about the quality of their workmanship.
They each took however long was necessary to complete the job. I liked that when
I had a small problem, it was addressed immediately and the same two installers
came the next day after I brought my problem to the attention of Morris Windows.
The small problem was a draft coming from between the sill and the window. The
installers apologized for inconveniencing my time and took responsibility for
having left this small draft. "

I’m glad we waited for Morris Window, the job is just perfect. It took
a while longer then I thought it would, however they kept us up to date with
our “new door” order and installed the door 3 days after they called
to say,…it was delivered. We would recommend Morris Window to anyone, “Bravo,
Bravo Morris Windows”.

"Everyone at Morris Windows was professional, courteous, friendly and cooperative.
People showed up for appointments exactly when they said - except for a snow
day in which case we were called to reschedule promptly. The installation went
smoothly and the new sliding glass door looks very good. The door seems at the
outset to be in a totally different league than the builder's original. Only
quibble is that we were twice told 4 to 6 weeks and the project took 9 weeks.
That seems a little long for paying a third up-front. This said, we'd be happy
to deal with Morris Windows and Siding on future projects. "

how pleased my wife and I have been with the siding work that Morris Windows completed
recently. It was a big job, and as you know we were both a little nervous that
it would look just the way we wanted. We should not have worried. You have given
our house a new lease on life, and the difference between the old and the new
is stunning.
I remember being concerned that the old window exteriors could not be exactly
matched with the siding, and that the corner panels around the house would change
the “look.” Well, again, no need to have worried. The house has
precisely the same “look,” only it looks brand new. And by the way,
the two young men who did the work were very professional.”

“We were apprehensive
about spending a large sum of money with a company we had never heard of. In
addition, there were cheaper firms willing to do this work. After much debate,
we felt that the seamless aspect of the siding was worth the extra money, and
that Morris Windows was a reputable firm. These days it is rare to find a company that
actually delivers what they promise, but Morris Windows did everything they promised
and more. The work was done on time and to exacting standards held by the crew
boss. The siding looks great, the replacement windows are beautiful and are easy to care
for. All this coupled with the financing made it a very good deal. After two
years, the siding still looks great.”

sales visit only to gain information so that I’d be more educated when
I finally went to Home Depot. Afterwards, we called Home Depot to compare window
qualities, only to find that Home Depot windows were of a much lesser quality.
Your company installed 6 replacement windows in my house. The installation went
smoothly and perfectly as the cold weather is approaching. We already feel warm
in the house, without drafts (which we’ve lived with for years). “
